Natalie Rabaud – Centre Director

Kia Ora my name is Natalie, I started my ECE career in 2002 teaching becoming a centre director in 2010. My journey with New Shoots began in April 2018 as centre director. I am  passionate about ensuring each child is supported to reach their full potential through building a strong dedicated team of teachers. I believe that parents and family should form an integral part of both the culture and community of the centre. My interests outside of work I enjoy cycling, gardening and baking.
